Store Policy

We at Woof & Waggle Co. maintain the policy that all sales are final.

The only exception is if your item is damaged, in which you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to contact us via email with your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged/defective item. We will allow an exchange/replacement for the same product. 

Cancellations – We do not accept the cancellation of any orders under any circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable) – We will only replace items if they are damaged or defective. We must receive an email within 48 hours of delivery and the exchange will be for the same item/size. We have the right to request the original item be shipped back to us. Please allow 2 business days for an email regarding an exchange approval.

While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, to the extent permitted by Law, we do not offer returns, cancellations, credit or exchanges.
